Sattva is one of my favourite shops in Halifax and I continue to return because the service, friendliness and choice selection stand out. I also like supporting ethically made and products that support less waste and recycling. Sattva has been my go-to store since it opened. They have great basics, and carry some of my favourite brands like Des Petits Hauts, Veja, Camper, and ELK.
They always help me find what I need and offer very personalized pieces. My favourite way to shop there is with my mom - we have our own little fashion show, with some guidance when we need it. Sattva is a shopping destination for women who enjoy stylish, modern, high quality and socially aware products. By curating a unique collection of clothing, accessories, jewelry and natural beauty products, we create opportunities for customers to look and feel beautiful in all aspects of life. We strive to do more with less, which is why many of the pieces you'll find in store can be worn from day to night or from the office to the mat.
I like fashion a lot, but I also love design. A carefully designed object can bring so much joy to your daily routine and ultimately enhance your quality of life. My wish is for every woman to enjoy getting dressed in the morning. It's the first thing we do each day and may well be as important to our overall "health" (mind body and spirit) as a healthy breakfast.
We have appointments available Sunday to Thursday for those who prefer to shop one-on-one. If you don't see what you're looking for please contact us. Sattva is such a beautiful shop filled with plenty of Canadian goodness and sustainable brands. I'm currently in love with my cozy emerald cardigan and ever grateful to the team who always help to suggest products that would complete the look. Sattva's stylists even got me wearing white sneakers long before I gave them a thought and loved them so much i bought a second pair. I have come to fully trust their selection, guidance in fit and also know each piece is worth every penny.

I have shopped many times at Sattva both online and in person. The staff I have encountered have always been friendly, informative, and helpful which goes a long way for someone like me who needs some fashion guidance. Their brands are great and I’m always impressed with their selection of Canadian and eco-conscious designers. Online orders have been expedient and I would highly recommend this shop overall.

This place is so cute and wonderful- a lovely curated collection of comfy and stylish clothing, jewellery, and some lovely skincare items. A lot of it is a little bit out of my price range, being just out of school, but man would I love to own everything in this store. I managed to pick up an adorable pair of minimalist earrings after speaking with the shop clerk for a while. She was probably the best part of the experience- friendly, and was really helpful and real with giving recommendations suited to my interests and budget. Do you love little locally own boutiques that offer handmade quality goods? How about purchasing clothing, jewelry, bags and homewares that are made right here in our home and native land? Oui? Then chances are you're going to love this cute little new shop. I've already fallen in love with half a dozen things in here. Especially a certain Lowell leather bag, a new pair of yoga jeans, and a beautiful stone necklace. All made right here in good old Canada. There is nothing I like better than shopping local, plus supporting Canadian makers. The clothing in here was so cute! A great mix
