We had The Water Bar replace our old water softener a few months ago. The staff were very friendly and it was easy to schedule and coordinate the install. They removed the old unit and we have had no issues. We do back to their store to purchase the bags of salt as they are a bit better quality for only a few dollars more. Would recommend contacting them.

My old water softener gave up the ghost, so I turned to THE WATER BAR (where I have always bought my salt), Krysten was very helpful with advising me about a new unit. The technician who installed the new Softener was knowledgeable, polite, & professional. The price was right and I was NOT oversold, I give THE WATER BAR Five Golden Stars.

We had a water softener installed by the great team at The Water Bar. The staff was super friendly and got us all the information we needed and were on time when our installation date came. We don’t have a laundry tub in the basement and the poor installer walked buckets of water up the stairs in order to properly drain and remove the existing unit. The gentlemen was incredibly friendly and gave us a run down of the equipment when it was completed. Can’t thank and recommend this fine company enough.

Visited for the first time the other day buying bottles of water for my water home water cooler. The customer service was excellent. The girl working behind the counter was very helpful and informative. I've been to a few different place in town for water jug refills and the prices are consistent with everyone else. I will definitely return once my initial bottles run out and start coming here from now on.

Excellent! So happy with my water softener and the filtered drinking water! Wow the price was right! The install was awesome! I did get a rain barrel to water the outdoor plants and I am drinking salt free water with the filter system I got. What a different lovely feeling of bathing in water softener too! Saves my appliances, no more bottled water, my dishes are spotless... Etc. I couldn't be happier.... Thank you to the Water Bar Brantford on Charing Cross.

I purchased a water softener from the Water Bar as ours was not working properly. When I contacted the Water Bar to ask questions about my water softener the staff were very knowledgeable and friendly. They were able to send someone out the next day to inspect my water softener and there was no fee for the inspection. When I was told that we needed a new water softener the service that we received from the Water Bar was exceptional. I have been refilling my water jugs here for a few months now and without hesitation I can give them 5 stars. The price for 25 refills was excellent and allows me to be in and out very quickly which is perfect for my lifestyle. On the way out they quickly input how many jugs I have, tell me how many refills I have left and away I go. That being said they are very friendly and the times I have stopped to chit chat they have been very nice people. I've also noticed that they are very helpful and do not hesitate to help people with refilling and carrying.
