Tap water is questionable at best. Sure it's usually bacteria-free, thanks to heavy chlorination, but what about the other stuff that may be present. Trace pesticides, pharmaceuticals, even artificial sweeteners may contaminate your drinking water supply. Buying water is one way, but even then, there are no guarantees.

We had Jonathan as our contact / installer. We got a water softener, RO, dechlorinator, and hot water tank installed.
Jonathan answered all of questions (of which we had many), and was very patient with us throughout. He looks to have done a clean and tidy install. We had another contractor in to quote us on a differebt job and even they noticed and complimented the tidiness of the plumbing and work that Jonathan did.
We had a similar system put in at our last place and it held up well the almost seven years we were there. Assuming the equipment lasts, we are happy overall and would recommend

Excellent and professional service from initial contract thru to installation. Check inline for water softener services in the KW area. Notice granules in the water supply and asked a couple of questions by email. Janice answered my questions promptly. Notified her to have someone contact me an Jon did the same day. Since our RO system was as old as our broken softener we took advantage of the package deal. Jon came over and verified our needs. A week later Jon and his assistant (wish I had gotten her name) came and installed both system in a well organized and timely matter. They answered our

We rented a softener unit from Ontario Soft Water for 18 months. We didn't want to buy as we were just renting our townhome and they made it so easy. The person installed the unit and took the time to make sure we knew how to use it most effectively. When I needed to return the unit as we were moving - they made it super quick and easy! Had several other companies come out and over price their systems that we required to treat our water. Ontario Soft Water was able to beat their prices easily. They came to our house to replace a water softner and add a Iron Filter, Ultraviolent light and a sediment filter. From start to finish the installers were professional and extremely informative. I'm glad I discovered Ontario Soft Water as I will no longer trust anyone with the care of my well water treatment. Thanks.

Just got an Ro system ,iron filter, 20 micron post filter , 64 000 grain water softener installed about 2 weeks ago and I love it. You notice a big difference in the water and the guys that came to install were very professional and insightful. They did an amazing job ..we are very happy and would recommend this to anyone. It's almost a complete system and the prices are very reasonable in comparison to other companies. This place was recommended to us by family but we did a bit of shopping around and are very happy we decided to use ontario soft water.
