Dr. Austin Ly graduated with Dean's Honors from the University of Waterloo, School of Optometry in 2013. During his Optometry training, Dr. Austin Ly participated in an eye care mission in Honduras where he provided free eye exams and glasses to underprivileged families with remote access. He also completed an Ocular Disease internship in Houston, Texas and a Primary Care internship in Honolulu, Hawaii.

My first time at this new optical place. I wish i knew about them earlier. They gave excellent service , very professional they know what their doing. Usually i have to wait to get my lenses for my new prescription to be done they can actually do it in store within 30 mins rather den waiting 3 weeks for ur new glasses to come in. I am really amazed and highly recommend this place to everyone!!!

Apparently my entire family goes to this place and they recommended me to go here. Made an appointment and was in and out in no time with very professional service. I highly recommend this place to get your eyes examined and/or buy new glasses. excellent doctor and great staff in the store. Place is clean, fresh and has a good selection.

Put it this way, I live in Ottawa and drive for 4 hours just to come to ABC Optical. The amazing customer service from Albert has kept me coming back for years. Five huge stars all the way from me. Always… great service but don't take my word, try it for yourself. Thanks once again Albert, I am rockin these Saint Laurent glasses!

Great selection of sunglasses and frames, but better than that is Albert. My family and I have been dealing with ABC Optical, Albert and staff for about five years. Dr. Austin is great too. He found a little anomaly in my son's eye during an exam which we had treated. If your looking for sunglasses, frames, contact lenses or an eye exam start here, if Albert doesn't have what you're looking for he will get it for you. Brought my rayban sunglasses In to get the lenses changed due to damage. Unfortunately, the company they ordered the new lenses from took over a month to ship. Albert and another employee called me and told me to come in. So I went in today to find out that they were giving me a brand new pair of polarized raybans at no extra cost to me, due to the delay. Amazing customer service and amazing to talk to! I recommend 100%.
