Ben both sold us our boat and has been storing it for us each winter. Today the boat arrived with a couple of fasteners missing that made it impossible for me to erect the Bimini. When I tried, I managed to shear off a fitting. Ben made the 45-minute drive back to assist me--supplying the missing parts, adding a joint head and enlarging holes to make the parts fit properly. I am greatly in his debt and salute him for service above and beyond the call of duty.

We purchased our first boat from Ben with the support of his two sons. They were all incredibly kind and supportive and helped us choose a boat that met the needs of our 19 year old wakeboarder son and our elderly parents.
We recently had a small prop incident and once again Ben and his boys were extraordinary in how they supported us in managing the repair.
I guess we didn't just buy a boat, we bought a relationship.

My son and I built a ski boat from blue prints over a period of 5 years. We approached several marinas for help with ordering parts and to give some guidance. No on was interested in the project.
