While travelling North on Mission Abbotsford highway December 20, 2021 at approximately 1:30 pm. I witnessed an Allied Water tandem axle tanker truck driver deliberately tailgating every vehicle that ended up in front of him. Travelling at 80 kms/hour this clown crawled up behind a small Smart Car to within 8-10 feet of collision and continued​ tailgating until the car could finally change lanes out of his path. Both vehicles were in the left lane with another truck and semi-trailer immediately adjacent in the right lane. The Smart Car driver changed lanes to the right as soon as there was
