My Mum absolutely loved the gift basket. In fact she refused to open it for 2 days as the wrapping was so pretty she said. There was quite a varied selection so I feel that it was money well spent. The owner was very friendly, attentive and the basket was delivered in a timely manner. I will definitely order again.

I sent a basket to a friend and specifically asked that she be called before delivery.
The item was delivered but then stolen from her front step. I asked that the call be made first to avoid this type of issue.
On the day that this happened, I was contacted by the owner, and he explained the situation and immediately resolved the issue. Excellent customer service!! Thank you!

I called in my order as I had a specific request for no nuts. Only standard baskets were available for order off the website. Steve personally took my call and order. He listened and clearly understood the dangers of delivering any kind of nut product to a household which is "nut-free", due to the potential for fatal allergic reaction. Steve worked with me in a very empathetic way to select each item, substituting out standard items with no frustration and a huge amount of care.
