Earl's is the best auto repair in town. It was 4:30, Dec.23 when I discovered a whining on my car. Was leaving for Indy the next day. Called Earl's and he said come on in. Not only did he find the problem, but he and staff stayed after hours to fix my car. Hard to find that kind of personal service anymore, especially that close to Christmas.

I took my car there not knowing what was wrong with it in a few short hours I got a call telling me what it was and had a part not had to be ordered I may have gotten it back the same day, so far it's been a few days but got it . So I guess I'll be seeing them the next time I need repaired. Good job

I took my truck here for a simple coolant leak. Replaced water pump. Two days later leaking coolant again. Took back and had an intake manifold gasket replaced. They didn’t put the distributor back in correctly so unknown to me my engine was out of time by two teeth. Starting my truck with it being out of time caused my entire engine block to crack and my starter to go bad. They still said NOTHING to me about the distributor even after taking it back there and giving them the chance to fix it. So I had the engine block repaired and a new starter put on it. We were having trouble with my brothers car and we called to get information on replacing a part on the car. When we were talking on the phone then man “Earl” was VERY condescending. We knew the problem and had the car tested and he continued to shoot us down and tell us we were wrong and then would go on rants about how great his service is and that he was the best in town. We could barely get two words in because he was going on and on about stuff that didn’t even have anything to do with what we needed done on our car. As a father, you hope your young adult daughter will be treated well when going to get work done on her car. When she got to Earl’s , there had been a miscommunication and she wasn’t on their schedule. While she was frustrated, she told me they had been very nice to her and rescheduled for the next day. However, 15 minutes later they called her and told her they could get her in that very day! They fixed her car and then told her to come back next week to make sure everything was still ok. I can't say enough positive things about Earl and his repair shop. My van broke down in Muncie when I was on my way back home from Fort Wayne. I called Earl's to see if they had a tow truck first. Earl himself answered the phone, asked me what was going on with the vehicle, and for my location. After collecting this information he told me what he thought was wrong (the alternator) and said I wasn't too far and he would come and try to jump the battery. I went to get my evaporator drain looked at it because I thought it was clogged. Earl took a look and was able to figure out that it was not clogged and I just needed my AC serviced. Fair pricing and very knowledge workers; I would recommend coming here if you have any problems with your car.
