Services
Matt has been providing respiratory and sleep therapy care throughout the GTA over the past 6 years, assessing and treating patients with respiratory disease and sleep disordered breathing. Matt is a Registered Respiratory Therapist and has a background in Health Sciences. His favourite part about his job is building lasting relationships with his patients and multidisciplinary health teams.
When you need home oxygen or PAP therapy, one size does not fit all. Each of our treatment set-ups are custom designed to suit the person who needs them based on health status, lifestyle and personal preference. We are also multi-lingual and offer service in Cantonese, English, Farsi, Mandarin and Italian.
Whatever the reason for the prescription, we take our oxygen patients' needs seriously. At InspiAIR we take pride in the fact that the oxygen systems we provide are carefully matched to meet our patients' needs. We encourage our patients to lead enriched active lifestyles including travel where possible and will provide them with full service to help achieve this goal.
Rob graduated from Canadore College's Respiratory Therapy program in 2003. After a brief stint working in Saskatoon at the Royal University Hospital, Rob came back to North Bay and has been working in home care since 2005. In 2016, Rob joined Northern Respiratory as the Manager. With a client centered focus, it is Rob's goal to provide top-level service for every client.
InspiAIR has been a pioneer in providing state-of-the-art oxygen treatment technology since we opened our doors 10 years ago. In addition to carrying traditional oxygen gas cylinders, we continue to explore innovative solutions. InspiAIR is the portable systems specialist. In late July, my wife’s CPAP machine failed. We tried get a replacement. It was the weekend, so many of the CPAP providers were closed. Most organizations that we contacted told us (online, by email or phone) that a new sleep study was needed. Our previous (2015) prescriptions were no longer valid.
The first (and best) encouraging response came on Sunday afternoon; an email from Fiona at InspiAIR in Newmarket. She asked us to send a copy of the previous RVH prescriptions from which she was able to decipher the doctor’s signature, and gave us his contact info. We called his office on Monday

My husband has been receiving oxygen from InspiAir now for over a year. Matt has been the therapist providing care for my husband's oxygen needs. He has had to adjust my husbands needs frequently and has always done so with a smile and compassion. He has been an excellent teacher regarding the equipment, and very supportive during a difficult time for my husband, and myself. When I have had to call the office, I have always spoken with a friendly voice. We couldn't have been happier that we made the decision to call InspiAir.

I normally never write reviews but the service ALEX provided, I was left with no choice but to write this review. The guidance he gave me for my mom and how to operate the machines and how quickly he would reply to my text messages was truly amazing. I have been bothering him quite a bit as I have never gone through something like this and not once he showed frustration or didn't reply to my message. This was a really tough time for me and my family and he really made it easier for us. Thank you Alex, and i truly wish nothing but the best for you. A pretty mediocre experience to be honest. I’ve read the other reviews and don’t doubt that the other people writing have had a really positive experience. The people seem very nice however after working with Wendy I didn’t get the sense that she really cared about anything other than selling another CPAP.
I was offered only two different types of units by Resmed on our 10 minute phone consultation and after finding out one of them could be remotely monitored and controlled I didn’t feel comfortable with that capability; something about another device tracking and recording my information

I just wanted to share what an amazing experience we have had. I barely had clicked send on the information form and I received a call from Alex. My Mom has been struggling with oxygen tanks as her current provider would not give her a portable battery operated machine. Several times we had tried to get her switched to a machine that fit her needs. One call from Alex and he was coming out to set her up and switched over to Inspiair. He set her up with the very light 3lb Oxy go fit Oxygen concentrator. We just got back from testing out the new oxy go fit On my Moms mobility scooter with me walking

The customer service is amazing!! Wendy Clayton is extremely friendly and knowledgable. She has the most infectious laugh and is always available to help or answer your questions!
This is my first CPAP machine, my equipment works awesome, it was such an easy process. I was well taken care of, this is an amazing company and Wendy took all the stress and intimidation out of having a CPAP machine! ❤️ 10 out of 10 for me... 5+ stars. (And I should say all the other staff members I’ve had contact with are great too) This place really knows how to treat their clients! Thank you!!

I'm the first time user of CPAP and was very confused and stressed to the start, apparently I'm also very sensitive to all that type of equipment. The support and reassurance provided by InspiAir is great, special Thank you to Matt, who was my respiratory therapist there. I changed masks probably about 5 times, with absolutely no charge for me, with great reassurance from Matt that we will find what will work for me. I'm still "work in progress" but I'm sure I will succeed with such great support.

All I can say is absolutely amazing experience. From Jackie taking my call at 10am this morning and answering all my questions than Matt contacting me at noon asking what time he can stop by with my new CPAP machine. Matt was at my house by 2:30pm same day set me all up including the phone app walked me through how it works and what to expect and was gone by 3:15pm. Couldn’t ask for anything more from them. Thank you again and I will let you know how my first night went.
