We can help you with just about any computer problem through the Internet with our remote computer help service. All you need is Internet access from that computer so we can see your screen. We help with walking through procedures or issues, doing some performance tune-up and even one-on-one training through the Internet.
We provide onsite computer services as well as in-shop repairs at our shop location. Virus removals, physical repairs including hard drive replacement, power supplies, memory upgrades, cracked screens on laptops, etc. all are done in our shop. Our In-Shop rate is less than our onsite rate because we are saving gas, travel time, and we can multi-task better.

Daniel not only got the hard drive issues my computer was experiencing sorted out in a timely manner, but taught me how to run diagnostics in case I ever encounter similar issues. He also gave me a book to help me get more comfortable and knowledgable with the tech side of working on computers. Friendly, honest, top-notch service, at a fair price - highly recommended!!!

I highly recommend Daniel at TwinBytes for any computer assistance! After my hard-drive failed and showed up empty on a hard-drive reader, I was told by several other companies that it was un-repairable and would need to be taken to a clean room to retrieve any data (if I was lucky). I had very important data on my hard-drive and Daniel was able to retrieve 90% at a fraction of the price compared to what I was quoted elsewhere. The turn-around time was also a lot faster, and I was back up and running within a few days! Daniel was very attentive and professional and I will be using TwinBytes moving

I was extremely upset to read Jessica R.'s review. Daniel at Twin Bytes was recommended to me by a friend who was using his services for all his business computers. He was extremely pleased with Daniel's work. I met with Daniel alone regarding my extremely bad computer virus. He was courteous, knowledgable and professional. I had my laptop fixed recently by Daniel and it was one of the best service experience I've ever had. Everything was seamless starting from the initial phone call, taking my notebook into his office, and the repair turn around time. I never felt at any point that he was trying to get more money out of my pocket. In fact, I feel guilty for not paying more due to the urgent nature of my request.
