The vehicle must be promptly towed by the most direct route to the destination requested by the motorist, unless the motorist specifies otherwise. Motorists have the right to decide who can tow their vehicle and to what location, unless otherwise directed by the police. A tow truck driver must show motorists the schedule of rates provided to the town, upon request.

My son got my car stuck on a path that was more of a foot path than a seasonal road. My CAA service would not help me. JKM came in, explained what potential issues could be and pulled my car out right away. Extremely fair price! Excellent service and would highly recommend!

This towing company are partners with the City of Burlington. They will tow your car on direction from the City. I was parked in front of my house for a week and could not move the car as I was in hospital with a serious concern for eight days. I got out of hospital to find out my car had been towed and was charged for the tow as well as a $ 100 dollar a day storage fee at their yard. That rate is $ 3000 a month. Quite sad that the City of Burlington are supporting charges such as these. Not a way the City should be treating its tax paying citizens.

My tire popped on the Highway and I called serveral tow companies off google. They all seemed uninterested in coming, giving me a 2hrs wait time. I called JKM towing and JOHN came in 20 mins. Not only was he quick. He was SO informative. It was my first time having my brand new tires popped. He explained every process on what he was doing and why and even gave me suggestions on what kind of tires and where to get them. He really went above and beyond. I cant compare prices but I thought the prices were very good! I hope my tires dont pop again but if I do have car trouble, i wont hesitate to contact

I went here to pick up a car. The Lady that was at the desk was very polite and nice. It was quick and easy process and probably the cheapest rate I have ever dealt with. She and the Man that were there were also very informative and helpful with other related questions I had. Great service and another “thank you again” to both.
