I'm glad you made it to my website. I am passionate about my work and my work is a part of how I live. Qi-Yoga not only helps you stay healthy and age healthy, but can address all kinds of health issues like insomnia, immunity, fatigue, digestion and more! Feeling good is our body's natural state. Our bodies do NOT like feeling unwell or unbalanced.

Yoga, and acupuncture have been instrumental in my own life and the well being of my clients. With the help of Qi-Yoga classes, acupuncture, or Qi-Yoga training program you can begin your journey to a better life. Regulated health services continue to remain open, and TCM Practitioners and Acupuncturists may continue to operate with all safety precautions in place.

I LOVE yoga and I know you will too! Even though we will be virtual on Zoom, I SEE you! I will guide you through the poses and remind you to breathe, to be grateful, and most of all to enjoy the experience. Yoga knows no body type, no age, or limitations. Yoga IS where ever YOU are. Acupuncture is the insertion of fine "pins" to stimulate healing in the body. Acupuncture helps your body to get back to its natural state of health by adjusting the flow of Qi, or energy, to flow properly through the acupuncture meridians. The meridians can be likened to a highway - if there is construction (injury or illness in the body) there will be a traffic jam.
Feeling good is our body's natural state. Our bodies do NOT like feeling unwell or unbalanced. Once I discovered yoga, then a few years later, Shiatsu (acupressure), then another year later, acupuncture, I knew I would practice these medicines the rest of my life. Since my first yoga class at University in 1985 to my first yoga studio in 1993, and since graduating from Tri State College of Acupuncture in NYC in 1999, I have never looked back!
Nol Wright at Wright Wellness has been crucial to my healthy transformation and I cannot thank her enough. I am such a healthier person than I was one year ago. My anxiety is calm, my strength and flexibility are impressive and I have lost 20 pounds. Nol is remarkably knowledgeable and is a very caring, thoughtful and patient teacher.

I love Soulshine Yoga. They have a great selection of classes and instructors and are very flexible with booking. You can book the day of. Which is great when you have an up in the air life.

Had the pleasure of savouring an amazing Restorative/Thai Yoga class at this great new Studio with Mary Foran today! 2 hours of bliss! Mary is a gentle, dynamic and very professional teacher....I highly recommend checking out Soulshine Yoga and trying all the yogas/great teachers to find what works for you ! Enjoy!
