Our customers represent a broad range of distinguished Specialty and General Care practitioners from single and multi-practitioner private and public healthcare facilities. I have been using Precision Orthotics since 1997, and I can honestly say that the specific aspects that keep me as a customer are their high-level of product quality, innovative and knowledgeable staff, excellent customer service and reliable orthotics shipping.
In 2000 my lab in California started failing on both quality and turn around time. Then I started using Precision Orthotics, and have been very happy with their orthotics since. I make a LOT of orthotics, and Precision does a great job for me. Precision Orthotics is THE company that I rely on exclusively for my patient's custom foot orthotics needs.
We accept incoming shipments on any day of the week, and always ship to you via Loomis Express. We never charge you for shipping costs. We invoice each individual item that we send to our clients. At the end of each month we send a Monthly Invoice Summary Report which details each invoice issued in the month.

I am very pleased with the workmanship that went into my orthotics which were ordered through Dr. Jennings at Victoria Foot and Ankle. And when I was looking into getting a 2nd set to custom fit my indoor crocs, Rudy made a special trip to Dr. Jennings' clinic to speak to me directly on how the process will work.
