The team at Dentistry @ Carleton Place are top notch. All of the hygienists are professional and knowledgeable, and genuinely care about you and your dental health. I am not a fan for the dentist, but everyone at Carleton Place made me feel at ease. Everyone is very nice and easy to talk to. I have booked a second appointment so this says a lot for the staff at Carleton Place Dentistry.

This place has the best staff. They are friendly and knowledgeable, easy to approach with questions and just overall simply pleasent to interact with. They have impressive COVID procedures in place and I feel comfortable going in to have my appointments. I would highly recommend this dentist office to anyone in carleton.

I was a first time patient with severe anxiety regarding my teeth. I called today regarding a fractured front tooth and not only were the able to see me but they were also able to fix me up as well. They were patient with me and offered several options to help me get past my fears.
I’ve already booked my next visit and will def share the word about the great care and patience they had with me. It’s this kind of care that makes a big chicken like myself, have the courage to go back again.

My first appointment at Carleton Place Dentistry was a very good experience.
My husband and I are new to the area after living 5 hours away from here for over 30 years. We were concerned about changing our dentist but need not have been.
We both felt well looked after and are impressed by the professionalism and the level of care from the front office all the way through to the dentists themselves.
If you are looking for a new dentist I would highly recommend this clinic.

If you are a black person and do not have insurance stay away. They will overcharge you substantially by breaking up a cleaning job into three visits so that they can collect from you three times. They will scale (scrape off any plaque) on half of the teeth in your mouth in one visit, the other half in another visit and finally the polishing on your last visit. Just highway robbery. Never heard of such a thing, have always had my teeth cleaned in one visit. Their way you will pay a total of $589.86 including tax just for a cleaning. $174 for each visit. They would never dare bill a insurance company

I have been going to this office for a number of years and during this time I have found the front office staff very friendly and efficient. The hygienists and Dentist provide great advice and service for my gums and teeth . This combination have kept my choppers in really good shape and they still look good. Highly recommended for all your dentristy needs.

I've been a patient since I moved here 7 years ago from NL and I am totally pleased with the Office. Here's why, courteous, friendly staff; the Doctors are top notch, very professional and sensitive to your needs, especially Dr. Razia Arora. We all know how hard it is to communitate with a Dentist while you're in the chair but she somehow makes you feel so at ease. Also you get your insurance check in a few days. Good work guys and wish you continued success.

Amazing service and care. I despised going to the dentist due to having terrible experiences. That all changed when I was introduced to the team. They provide fast, convenient and honest work. These individuals will make you feel comfortable and welcome. You'll forget about every being nervous and at the same time it will be over before you know it!

Dr. Arora and her team did an amazing job, she took the time to explain every part of the procedure and at no point did I feel rushed. After three fillings I was expecting some sensitivity but to my surprise by dinner time I had no discomfort what so ever. The next day I actually came back to the office for a cleaning and some cosmetic work on a… chipped tooth. The colour matched flawlessly and I was very happy with the results. Dr. Arora has an excellent eye for cosmetic work, would not trust my teeth with anyone else. Kim and Katie were also lovely, they fit in all of my appointments around
