CEREC is the CAD/CAM technology preferred by dentists worldwide for the fabrication of all-ceramic dental restorations in a single treatment appointment. This technology allows us to fabricate digitally-captured, computer-designed custom porcelain onlays, inlays, and crowns in our office during the course of one visit.
Many of us feel that our smiles are most striking when our teeth look especially white, but unfortunately, soft drinks, coffee, tea, red wine and tobacco can leave behind ugly stains. To help you restore your gleaming, bright white smile and to give you an added boost of confidence, we offer a whitening system that is comfortable, easy to use and effective in its ability to provide long term results.

I have had periodental issues for 36 years including 13 dental/gum/implant surgeries and Dr. Dorothy Marko has been there with me through it all. She is a remarkable dentist and I don't say this lightly as I have seen many dental specialists in dealing with my recurring resorption. Dr. Marko is very experienced, knowledgeable and conscientious but also very caring and humane. She does excellent dental work with attention to esthetics. An outstanding and great dentist place! All the staff knows what they are doing and go the extra mile, in a friendly and relaxed way. Not only is service expert and very friendly but also they take the time to educate the patients and explain the treatment plans thoroughly! Dr. Halim is indeed very well experienced and knowledgeable. My experience with Dr. Halim was remarkable and he has soo much passion for his profession that it translates to pure excellence! The staff here are all very friendly and professional. They make you feel at ease, and help with any fears you might have about going to the dentist. I would definitely recommend anyone to visit this office, especially those with anxiety with the dentist like me, as they are very patient and help you relax and actually feel comfortable being in the dentist chair!

Secondly, I have dealt with almost everyone in this clinic and all of them are professionals, honest and have been trying to meet my needs. I have a very tight schedule and always the receptionists work around my schedule to fit me in.
Dr. Halim and his staff are always quick and they do whatever is really needed to be done because they know how expensive nowadays the dental work. In other words, they do not ask to do something that is not necessary. In emergencies, I was able to get seen and handled

Rarely could one say that it is a pleasure to go to the dentist - that is until you've experienced the dental team at the Palladium Dental Clinic in Ottawa. The Clinic and treatment rooms were immaculate reflecting the excellent infection control standards practiced in this clinic. Excellent clinic and staff . Very professional and friendly. The best choice for the whole family. My 5 year old daughter loves going to the Dentist because the staff there always take the time to explain every… step and check with her if she’s ready for what they would like to do next .. My mom , my husband and myself always receive the best care there . I also appreciate that they always call if there’s an available appointment sooner . That’s what I call excellent customer service. Dr. Shady Halim performed an amazing tooth extraction for me! I was incredibly worried but he was able to address all my concerns as well as perform the procedure with so much ease and care. I was called the very next day to ensure my recovery and healing was going smooth. I would definitely recommend palladium dental. The entire staff is very friendly and professional. I could not have had a more positive experience and will gladly do another tooth extraction here!
