Services
There are many benefits to doing gymnastics, both physical and mental. Gymnastics can help build strength, flexibility, balance and hand-eye coordination. Gymnastics classes are also a place for kids to be social and make friends in a safe, supervised environment. It can help teach kids how to follow directions, take turns, set and achieve goals and raise self esteem.
Please look on the parent portal or give us a call to check availability for your desired date and time!. Please note that there may be classes or other events going on in the gym at the time of your party. All gymnastics party bookings can be completed through our Parent Portal, over the phone or in person!
Adult GYM is a non instructional, independent practice time. There is a Coach supervising that can assist you in achieving skills by giving you tips and pointers. SCHEDULE: Availability is subject to change, so check the schedule ahead of time. We will update our social media such as Instagram, Facebook & Twitter if we need to cancel, as well as send an email.
Gymnastics is a sport that includes physical exercises requiring balance, strength, flexibility, agility, coordination, and endurance. The movements involved in gymnastics contribute to the development of the arms, legs, shoulders, back, chest, and abdominal muscle groups. Spring Break Camp offers families the opportunity to get special attention for children or to spend Spring Break Camp with kids from like-minded families.
AGTC has a competitive artistic program that starts as young as age 4 and goes all the way up to age 16. This program encompasses Ontario Development Program (ODP) and Ontario Compulsory Program (OCP), stretching from level 1 all the way up to National level 10. An assessment must take place before joining the competitive team to ensure you are placed with the proper group for your age and level.

I paid 540$ a month for my daughter to attend a Gymnastics facility, not to be baby sat. She learned no new knowledge at all, if anything she decreased in the knowledge she had already obtained from Fututres which is a much better program with better discipline, push and driven the kids to their full potential.
When the coaches at Adrenaline heard threw a third my daughter might not be returning, instead of trying to rectify the situation or reach out for the betterment of the facility or other children/parents in the future they simply became combative towards my list of concerns ie.

My daughter went to this gym until we moved and were forced to reluctantly switch clubs. Sandy and her daughters made my daughter's gymnastics experience amazing. Sandy created a supportive environment where the kids would cheer each other on.

I registered my daughter online based on reviews because it's super close to my house. I would like to know who is saying this place is nice and clean??? Have you been inside?
My daughter and I have never been greeted by anyone at front desk nor have the coaches Introduced themselves to us.

I am fine what they teach... But the office people are not wise and professional as they dont know which age kids goes in which timeslots. Just saw 2 cases, my kid and one other kid to whom they fit in under 5 yrs class.even though my kid comes 2nd time. After arguing they are changing slots now and giving aleternate timings..
