UPDATE edit: after my review was posted I was called and they agreed to fix the issues I had, after the fix I will now agree the customer service was better and I have reflected that in my review.
I got my rear window replaced here and when I got there after 7 hours all of my interior lights were on, they messed up the door sensor, my wiper is now over an inch away from even touching the window, I was told it was a manufacturer defect (the sensor) I found out that’s not correct, they claimed to not be mechanics and that they did not know how to fix these issues nor was it their fault.

Amazing job done by Alex and his team, I really appreciate how they explain everything they do before and after. They gave me a fair and reasonable price to replace my windshield. Alex was friendly, quick and has a good eye for detail. First time visiting this Oshawa location just south of 401 off Ritson Road. It was just 20 minutes from my home in North Whitby but worth the drive. My appointment was right on the dot on time. And he got the repair done efficiently while I waited comfortably in a quiet and very clean lounge watching news on TV with a convenient washroom nearby. Happy to recommend this business! He does a great job!

Excellent service and communication. Had an appointment available the next day and got the vehicle all done with a few hours, picked up same day. Tucked away in its plaza but once found, no problem. Best price and windshield is still holding up really well.
