Absolutely the worst customer service. I have no idea how they are even operating anymore. The one woman eye doctor is nice but the reception and optometrists are just terrible. Don’t expect to be treated like a sentient human being if you are a low income family. I had to phone three times today and almost had a panic attack the third time, they are so condescending. I feel terrible every time I have to deal with them. Whether I’m a part of a vision program or not, you’ve lost my business. I wouldn’t even give them one star. Maybe half of one.

I’ve been taking my kids to bayside since they were small. They are always friendly and will go above and beyond making things work for your family. They have glasses to suit almost any budget and will try hard to make things work with in your budget. The office staff is extremely friendly and help full. The office is bright and very clean!

Right from the moment my husband and I walked in, the experience was terrific! All the staff were friendly and made us feel at ease. Dr Roncone explained the tests and results clearly, in a way that was easy to understand and was obviously was very knowledgeable. Jen was superb at fitting our glasses, it was easy to tell she has a lot of experience at what she does, never have I had my glasses fit correctly the first time. In the 20+ years I have worn glasses, never have I had such an outstanding experience! I will gladly refer anyone.

Had my first appointment at Bayside Eye Care this week and I am beyond happy. The staff were extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I felt very comfortable with all aspects of the care I received.
