Our veterinary clinic and animal hospital is run by Dr. Atul Pakhawala, who is a licensed, experienced Brampton veterinarian. He graduated from Veterinary College in 1991. After two years of working in the industry he decided to return to university to study management. Two years later he returned to the veterinary profession along with his skills in management. In his spare time he loves to read, surf and search new information and articles online for advancement in the veterinary profession.
Our appointment book is computerized which allows us to efficiently make appointments for you and your pet. Our receptionists and team will attempt to accommodate all requests to the best of our ability. Emergencies are accepted anytime our clinic is open. If you feel you have an emergency with your pet, please call us or come to the hospital immediately.
You will find Mr. Snowabll, our resident pet greeter, sitting at our door welcoming every pet and owner that enters the Brampton Georgetown Animal Hospital (BGAH). Constantly on the move, his hobbies are jumping and playing with kids and he loves to have food sitting in front of him. He thinks, if food is there need to be finished, despite is he hungry or not, othewise it consider as a food's insult.

Our dog had a knee injury and i called my regular vet they gave me next week appointment quoted me high price xrays, we called other places too but they also quoted me more than 1000$, one of my friend gave me Brampton georgetown number this vet Dr Atul gave me resonable quote which fit in my budget and in the busy schedule they took care of my dog looking at the emergency. Thank you Dr Atul and staff. We switch over our regular vet to this vet now who helped us whenever we need

The vet there broken my dogs jaw during a routine dental work all he said to me was “well ma’am it happens but you don’t have to worry about the bill today”
Poor bedside manners. Got a new dog after and wouldn’t even consider him as a new vet.
His receptionist - Emily was a delight. She was the best part about this place
Please do yourselves a favor and go elsewhere. She deteriorated from not be able to eat during her recovery time which took about 3 months and ending up passing away

It was great to select Brampton Georgetown Animal Hospital as a our vet office.
Had not good experience other hospitals, as scared to pressure tests etc But Dr atul gives all options and discuss them in details.
Feels comfortable to see team members here.
Great thing is Dr atul picksup the phone on weekend too

We had a great first experience, our puppy was happy to go with the doctor he was super nice and knowledgeable. He explained everything in detail, the staff is also super knowledgeable. They are always ready to squeeze me in during an emergency. They also don’t take money just for speaking on the phone, the doctor also followed up personally after the visit which shows that he cares! Recommend 100%.

We just had an emergency injury that needed immediate attention. Of course, during Covid! Dr Atul and his staff are amazing! They not only helped us right away but the clinic is set up in a way that is 100 % safe for all during this pandemic I never felt unsafe or in a crowd or mistreated. Most importantly, my dog got amazing help ... Dr Atul is a wizard with stitches and my dog is doing so well!! I’m a very happy dog mom. Thank you for everything and for the amazing treatment we received.🐶❤️🐶❤️
