Pain on the inside of your foot's arch or heel can affect your gait, preventing you from moving or walking around freely. Heel or arch pain on the bottom of the foot is most commonly caused by an inflammation of the connective tissues between the heels and toes (plantar fascia), a condition called Plantar Fasciitis.

The chiropodist Janet Yu is excellent. She explained all the potential treatments very clearly. She also performed some taping on my foot and some other procedures. Janet Yu is obviously very knowledgeable and has a great bedside manner to explain chiropody and foot and gait mechanics easily even to children. All of our questions were answered and orthotics moulds were able to be created even on our first visit. We'd definitely recommend this clinic to anyone experiencing toe, foot or ankle issues!
