I came to Scott with shin splints I was getting while running which was hampering my ability to run. We had a consultation and Scott made me some great orthotics which have drastically reduced the problem and I'm now running without shin splints. Scott was very knowledgable and made sure that I had input into the orthotics design to ensure I got the best possible result.

Scott' Alston's quality of orthotics and customer service are excellent! He not only did a great pair of orthotics for me (which fit much better than the one I had done by my chiropractor) but also helped repair other pairs. He took the time to understand what my concerns were to ensure that I am completely satisfied with my orthotics. Even after that he said to come back if I had any issues at all. This is the first pair I've ordered from Scott and I'd recommend him to anyone looking for a really good fit. Scott is professional and has great attention for detail. He was very patient and provided a lot of information to help me better understand my situation. I've been wearing the new orthotics for about 2 weeks and they are really comfortable. Scott even repaired a 5 year old pair that was purchased from another supplier! He's top notch in my book!
