I went to H2 Nails & Spa for the first time and was very disappointed. When I came in, I saw that the price for a bio gel refill was $40, which is reasonable compared to other nail salons I've been to. Very poor job. The over all shape is nice, but the application of the bio gel was messy and uneven. My nails look bumpy. Additionally, when I went to pay they told me the price was $67. I was shocked. They told me it was $40 for the bio gel refill, $20 for the shellac nail colour on top, and then $7 for the nail they fixed. They didn't fix any nails, none were broken. I went for a pedicure last week and the girl cut my foot. I didn't think it was too serious when I left, but I ended up getting an infection that was extremely painful and I wasn't able to walk properly for a week. I called the salon and spoke with the manager (Amy) about what happened and she said why did I wait so long to call. Excuse me if I was in so much pain that I wasn't thinking of calling them, but rather concerned with dealing with my infection. She asked what I put on it for the infection, when I told her I used polysporin she replied well that doesn't seem so serious. How does one prove

The staff were all friendly and took extra care when handling my nails. Their tools were autoclaved and sterile for each customer. I got shellac done and am happy with the results! My partner also got a pedicure and said it was very relaxing. Note that they only take cash or e-transfer at this moment. Would recommend!

I had reg mani and pedi and Lily did pedi and Tina did mani. Lily did fabulous job on my feet where I desperately needed for sandle-ready feet. Colourings are flawless and exfoliating was smoothly done - not too much or less. On the otherside, Tina, who did my mani, was meh. I asked her to clear up the dried skins, barely touched and removed. At the drying station, she did not checked if the manicure is all dry - but just applied oils that made it so hard to dry fully and now its pushed and chipped when I opened the car door! She was not friendly through out the service. Not really happy with Mani

Trying out this place for the first time since it's a walk from my house. I'm very picky with my nails and it takes a lot to impress me. Tina did my pedicure and I'm VERY pleased. I enjoyed the foot/leg massage too. The service and the people here are wonderful. I'm definitely coming back. I'll be trying them out for my hand nails next time!
