I was hesitant to order from a clothing store advertising on Facebook as I was burned by a scam shop a while back, but I decided to give Lace & Envy a chance as they are a local business. I cannot say enough about the customer service that I just received by Julia. I ordered something online with good intentions of picking up. I’m home with two young kids who are learning remotely and a baby.… Life got away from me and she kindly dropped it off as we are in the neighbourhood. She didn’t have to, she just saw a mom trying to find balance and helped me out. It’s this type of kindness and service during these crazy times that reminds you there is a lot of good in the world and this gesture will have me shopping with her again soon.
