I highly recommend this place. I reached out to Posy Floral Design for our wedding bouquet and boutonnire. Before that, I already talked to a different flower store and had challenges in designing a bouquet to my liking. I had a pretty clear image in my mind, but I have been told by other stores. Hi, I recently received a floral arrangement from Posy ordered by my family in San Francisco.
When you order custom designs, they will be produced as closely as possible to your request or your picture. Please remember that each design is custom made. No two arrangements are exactly alike and color and/or variety substitutions of flowers and containers may be necessary. Prices and availability of seasonal flowers may vary.

That made me feel a bit anxious as I did not want to be surprised by how the flowers would look like on our big day :)

I've been ordering flowers from Posys for my mother for a couple years. Always birthday or special occasions! My 92 year old mom lives in Lynn Valley and me in California, up until this year I could call up give them a price range and wanting and ask for the flowers delivered. 10 days before her birthday I called and was told I had to do it on line! So I created and account pages of choices and the prices were very high! I've always trusted them and prior said what's available fresh! At 1:30 no delivery on the day requested. Called posys explained and I didn't have my order

I was very very pleased with the gorgeous bouquet of fresh flowers that were prepared for my daughter’s birthday. The bouquet looked very much like the bouquet I ordered from your website. My daughter just loved them! The vase was a nice and thanks for putting a ribbon on them like I had requested. Made my day!

I found my experience with them completely lacking. I ordered flowers for my aunt's birthday yesterday, which weren't delivered til after 7.
Their communication was almost nonexistent after the order confirmation. Understandably, the holidays are a busy time, however, an expected delivery window is usually given.
This was not the case, and when I inquired about the status of my order, I only received a response that it had been delivered with no further information, when it in fact, had not yet been delivered.
And no apology or explanation when the flowers finally arrived, only when I emailed

LOVE LOVE LOVE Posy!!! Kristin and team recently did flowers for my wedding and they were all absolutely beautiful (I got so many compliments on them!). I gave Kristin a few of my favourite colours and maybe a handful of Pinterest photos - that was it! Her eye for “what looks good together” was undeniable - I would not hesitate in recommending Posy!

I ordered a lovely bouquet for a dear friend and it was delivered right away and was exactly what I wanted and she loved it! Over a week later and she says it looks even more beautiful :) 100% happy with Posy and although I live on Vancouver Island I will use them for any other flower deliveries I need in the future in Vancouver. Their shop is somewhat on the small end and doesn't have the greatest hours. Service is good enough and flowers beautiful.
My qualms here would be that the price point is a bit high compared to other florists and I feel their fresh cut selection is a bit small.
The recipients of the flowers have loved them though.

We hired Posy to do our wedding flowers and were overjoyed by the results. We worked with Kristin for months in relation to the style and budget of the centrepieces, corsages, boutonnieres and bridal bouquet.
The wedding flowers looked absolutely stunning as confirmed by many of our guests. Kristin was pleasant, considerate and always responded to our emails promptly. We could not recommend her more and would give her 10 stars if we could.

We used Posy for our bouquets and boutineers for our Wedding and honestly we couldn't have been happier with how they turned out. Kristin and her team are defiantly mind readers as I had no idea what I wanted and just showed a few photos. What they made was perfect! I couldn't have picked something better! The delivery was right on time and they were so friendly. A great experience working with an Awesome Team!

I went to Posy after reading other positive online reviews for some last minute flowers for staging our apartment. Nancy was very responsive to the fact that I wasn't looking for a huge ornate expensive bouquet. She had some beautiful fresh flowers in the cooler and thoughtfully put together two lovely bunches for me in greens and whites of parrot tulips and alstroemerias (and other pieces I don't know the names). They have held up beautifully over the last 6 days and don't appear to be fading. While it looks like we have at least a few more days of these lovelies I wish we had been

This is an upscale gift store that mostly carries trinkets for the home and garden and some personal items. Well organized, decent customer service, however, the prices are a bit high which is why I didn't buy anything but it does cater to the market. This place is inside Lynn Valley Village. The place mostly has things in lavender shades.
