I am at the other end of the world in Hong Kong and the team managed to prepare and deliver the four wreaths that I ordered within 9 hours. I had called several flower shops looking for a specific exotic flower, a favorite of a deceased relative. They were for a funeral I was going to be attending. The woman working here said she could get them, asked about my budget and I left the rest in her hands. She called me the day before the event to let me know when I could pick them up, and she even remembered that I had mentioned they were for a funeral so she had used flowers that were already bloomed, which was so considerate. I have purchased flowers from this shop for various occasions ranging from anniversaries to grand openings. The people at the shop are very easy to deal with. By giving them specifications and a budget, the arrangements of flowers comes out beautiful. I have done online orders before and was aware that they will get the order as close as possible to the photos. And so far I have no issues with that.
