Prior to becoming a Notary Public in Canada, I provided legal services as a lawyer in Moscow and then as a certified senior paralegal in Vancouver. In British Columbia, Torrens system of land title is used, in which a register of land holdings is maintained by the state. Torrens system guarantees an indefeasible title to those included in the register.
Notary helps you with many important aspects of life planning, including preparation of Wills, Powers of attorney and other planning documents, and keeping them current. A Will is an important document that makes it easier for your family to deal with your assets after your death. A Will also provides immediate recognition of your executor allowing them to deal with the most pressing matters that follow your passing.
A Power of Attorney allows a capable adult to appoint a person or persons to handle his/her financial and legal matters in the event they are unable to do so themselves or if they need assistance in these areas. This is particularly useful if you become incapacitated due to physical or mental health problems, or in the event of your absence.

Me and my wife used Adele's Notary Public help twice with completing a purchasing/buying process. Adele is very professional, provide fast and accurate services. Prices are very competitive. I like doing researches before i decide what company or product i will use, so after i called 10-15 different notary public i decided to steak with Adele. I had purchased my first condo and had to do a conveyance to finalize my purchase. I barely understood what the idea was before I found Adele's website and her reviews. The positive reviews affirmed my decision to ask Adele to do my conveyance. She was incredibly prompt, professional and extremely knowledgeable. My spouse and I just sold our condo in Coquitlam and purchased a townhouse out in Langley. The entire process was an absolute nightmare. Adele helped my wife and I with a real estate purchase. She had great attention to detail and helped us with our many questions with pure professionalism and knowledge.
