We can assist with many services such as Letters of Consent for Travel, Proof of Identity, Affidavits and Certifying True Copies. We can assist with Conveyancing, Real Estate Transfers, Mortgages and Refinancing.

We take the trust our clients place in us very seriously. This is reflected in the fact that many clients direct other family members or friends to us. Upon immigration, I realized I may have to change careers, as my background in urban regeneration was not as in demand in Canada. I was intrigued by the concept of the notary profession: providing legal services on non-contentious matters.
Real estate transactions in British Columbia are multi-faceted and can be stressful. Our expertise and coordination of involved professionals such as mortgage specialist and real estate agent, can help alleviate stress and confusion during this process. Personal planning is the act of making arrangements in the event that a person requires assistance due to illness, injury, or disability. As your notary public, we can assist you with preparing legal documents which will cover your health and personal care, as well as legal and financial affairs. Estate planning is the process of making arrangements for after death.
The act of notarization is seemingly simple: the client signs a document in front of a notary. In reality, by notarizing a document the notary public screens the identity and voluntariness of each signatory and oath taker, observing that the person is aware of the significance of the matter requiring notarization.
You should complete any document you wish to have notarized prior to your appointment. However, the document can only be signed in the presence of the notary and according to the appropriate procedure. To provide any services, we require two pieces of valid identification; one must be a government-issued ID.
