Thankfully my experience with Infiniti was honest and 100% reliable.
I had been experiencing on and off carbon monoxide alarms for 24 hours and decided it was time to have an HVAC professional examine my home. It started with a call to Janine, the office manager at Infiniti Whitby, she was kind of enough to explain the process of testing my home for carbon monoxide and the options I had for furnace repair or replacement.
She wasn't pushy or impatient

We are very happy with the service provided. I had 3 different quotes on converting our propane equipment to natural gas. This included a furnace, tankless water heater and additional connections for a BBq and future FP. Chris Viscount was always very responsive and always arrived when he said he would. Overall very professional compared to the other 2 quotes I received. Janine is the office manager and was so easy to deal with and communicate with and always very helpful. The installation team that arrived was on time and completed the job in a very professional manner and all 4 of them were excellent

Chris, Janine, and Fred and his team were all excellent to work with from initial contact to installation. They communicate quickly and were very organized with scheduling. They installed two Mitsubishi heat pump systems, one for our house and another for an outbuilding. Both are working great. I recommended contacting them for any heating and cooling needs.

Infiniti Air Conditioning & Heating in Whitby is an amazing company to deal and reasonable pricing. Starting with Chris the sales rep that came over and explained everything in detailed and understood our urgency as we were without heat during a cold period. To the installers Fred and Hesam on a quick and clean job! And last but not least to Janine the office manager that took the time to explain the fine details regarding the policy agreement. We were very pleased With their service and would recommend them. Thank you for the wonderful job!

Highly recommend the team at Infiniti Air Conditioning and Heating Whitby. After doing a significant amount of research and talking to the Infiniti Team, as well as, others we purchased a new Carrier furnace, air conditioner, air cleaner, humidifier and smart thermostat from them. I learned that you need to have confidence in both the product and the local company providing the installation service.
