I recall being very happy when my furnace was originally installed around 8 years ago. It went on the fritz during a recent cold spell. Hannah was pleasant and efficient when I called in to set up the appointment and Adam was an excellent technician that not only helped with my problem but also seems to have my best interest at heart.
As I don't see my need of a furnace changing anytime soon, I look forward to doing business with Action Furnace again in the future.

We had an issue with our tankless hot water system exhaust freezing up because it was vented to the roof. The installers came out and moved the venting to an exterior wall which should resolve our problem. The installers were polite, professional, cleaned up after they were done and communicated with us during the process. We also like that they send a photo and name of technician coming to the home and you are able to see how far they are away from your home and an approximate arrival time.

The guys were great and explained what was found. They were efficient and speedy. Our only concern was we had our furnace off because our heat exchanger was and still is not replaced and the furnace was left on which left the furnace blowing ice cold air into the house until it was noticed later in the day. We are going to have this furnace service done by Action Furnace and Highly recommend this company.

There experienced service men are very reliable, prompt, knowledgeable, and makes sure your problem is resolved. They explain everything to you. Customer Service keeps you updated with your upcoming service call. They never leave you questioning anything.
My service guy Nicholas was so nice and answered all my concerns/questions. He was very knowledgeable and checked everything on my furnace to find the issue. And made sure I understood every process with installing my new part.

The Technician was thorough, honest, and forthright. Duct cleaning and furnace maintenance is what we initially wanted done but because of our condo layout the duct cleaning equipment couldn't reach our building being so high on the second level. But the furnace maintenance and tune up was more than what we expected. A complete assessment and updating to our furnace left us totally satisfied and impressed with the understanding and care that Action Furnace takes on their customer and clients heating systems. We feel safe and secure now more than ever regarding our furnace and heating systems functions

Recently had Daniel at Action come out for a diagnostic after another company did a furnace and duct cleaning and pointed out evidence of rust in my furnace we should have checked. Daniel was very thorough, helpful, and friendly. He didn’t push unnecessary or expensive repairs and explained very clearly the possible origins of the rust. He showed… me how to check the furnace during the cold season to keep an eye out for any bigger issue. He was professional and super friendly.
Also, action furnaces membership options are a great deal. I’m hoping some great preventative maintenance

I had appointment with this company on November 5 2020 on that day they sent one guy come to do the vent count and he left , 5 minute later the company call me tell me that they can't do it because nobody around I had to cancel my doctor appointment because of them. I reschedule for November 12 2020 they sent another guy to do the vent count and told me it will cost me $480.00 to do it the price is too expensive for me but I need my furnace cleaning done so I am ok for that and I hope they do a good job but when they came I was so disappointed one guy showed up with a portable vacuum and an

I just called Action Furnace for help as my furnace is not working properly it will not heat past 16c, the ad on their sticker on the furnace says "BEST IN THE INDUSTRY, 24 HOUR SERVICE" I certainly hope "best in the industry" is not a fact, as for 24 hour service - apparently that isn't the case because I can't get a servIce person here until tomorrow sometime between 10 am and 2pm. When I read the review on this company I don't know why anyone would have them do an install. The furnace was in here when I bought the house but for anyone reading these ratings

I called Action Furnace as we woke up with no heat. When They arrived, tech was very pleasant, did their diagnostics and suggested a new motor and belt. After being charged $580 our furnace shut off again 30 mins after the tech left.
I called a second time.. the same tech showed up mid afternoon and they had trouble identifying the issue... however the furnace kicked in again.. they suggested the problem was resolved.45 min later the furnace shut off again . To their credit.. they didn't charge anything

Worst service / experience . Before they even looked at my problem the tech was suggesting I buy a new 6,800 furnace .. they did some repairs 1,200 dollars later I thought it was all good . 2 years later the furnace starts making noises and it's the same part they installed ... I had no idea called another company to look at it and was shocked when they looked inside . Pieces we're not finished being tightened up , they had carbon monoxide detector and was small amount leaking . ... joined the protection plan and felt it was a scam . Takes a year to leave !! Really ! Screws were even

Negative stars. Should have zero star. Because the Action Furnace sent his repairman to my house December 2016. And the repairman did not know what to do. All he told me was to change to new water heater tank of what his company is selling. In actual fact, it was the loose plug on the Heater Control. All he had to do was to unplug it and plug it in. If he knew what was wrong with it, to unplug and plug it in and charge me a reasonable price i would have appreciate his service. Instead he came to my house and charged me without doing anything. He also asked me to change my whole water heater tank
