Good day, I had Googled a home inspector close to the area where i purchased the home. Found Brien from Prestigious home inspection. Brien arrived on time, used his drone to check the roof. He asked me to follow him everywhere he went outside/inside the house and he explained everything to me. His inspection report was very detailed and we used it to negotiate accordingly. Brien was warm, friendly, knowledgeable. My wife and I were very pleased with the report and Brien was very patient with us explaining the results. Thank you Brien.

Brien is incredible! Me and my husband own Six properties this purchase was our sevenent investment property Brien is by fair the best property inspector we have used to date. Very detailed inspection report. Brien has all the top equipment for the job like infrared thermal imaging camera and even a Drone. As first time home buyers, my dad and I are very nervous and anxious about what our future house may be and the conditions that the seller may be hiding. However that was all solved by Brien today.
