I have been receiving acupuncture treatments from Carlyn Brown every couple weeks for the last ten years, and I cannot say enough good things about how this has improved my general well-being. I initially went to Carlyn when I had a very painful shoulder problem, and we worked on it for months, such that it is no longer a problem at all. I loved my relaxation massage with Elizabeth. She is very professional and has a very good understanding of the problem areas in the body. Furthermore, she gave me recommendations on how to work my tense areas at home. The ambiance is great because is a quite space, and the downtown location is perfect!

I have received both acupuncture and massage therapy from Carlyn and Kate and each time was truly restorative! I had never received acupuncture before but had such terrible and recurring pain in my shoulder I thought I'd try it. Carlyn is an absolute pro, and is so so kind. I walked out with the pain completely gone! Additionally, their local charity work has always made me admire their business, and their commitment towards the Kingston community.
