Having been in business for a long time they are definitely the people you should see, they make the uncomfortable process painless. If you are looking for a caring and compassionate business that will ensure you get the best rate possible, look no further John is great and Britany is even more fantastic. They helped us from start to finish answering any and all questions even being flexible around my busy work schedule (meaning at pretty much all hours of the day/night) if you are looking for someone that can get you the best rate and coach you on how to get better rates,I 100% recommend using the mortgage store, as it is one of my best experiences out of any business I have been to in Canada over my many years living and traveling
