The waiter was very kind and the dishes were very good. Great prices and good vegetarian options with a few vegan. Key lime pie was relatively good but you're there for the pasta. Wish there were more pasta types to choose from. I had the Roma and really enjoyed it. The carbonara was enjoyed by my boyfriend but beware, do not eat the entire full size in one go. My parents enjoyed the seafood Alfredo and the puttenesca was described by my cousin as "the best pasta dish I've had this year".

Reserved a table for a party of 4. But a long series of niggles and problems couldn't save the review score. Here is everything that went wrong:
1. You can only reserve a table by calling or emailing. But if you try on their two days off per week, you'll have to wait until the next working day for the confirmation.
2. When we arrived they checked the vaccination records but only visually. They didn't check the authenticity of the QR code online.
3. They gave us the worst table which is sitting on benches with only hard wooden support for backs, and one guest sits with back against the window

First of all the food was amazing. Fresh ingredients, nice presentation and the Alfredo was the best I have ever had. Reservations are suggested and we phoned ahead to reserve a table for my brother's birthday. We arrived at the restaurant on time and made a simple polite request if there was an outdoor table. We were greeted by a loud and gruff "NO", we are fully booked. A simple, "I'm sorry our outside tables are booked", would have been a better way to greet customers. Strike 1. Next my Sister in-law asked if they could put mushrooms in her pasta and was told, "No, we don't have any mushrooms

Visited Auntie Pesto's with my wife to celebrate her birthday dinner. Our server had only been working for a few weeks I can't recall her name, however her knowledge of the menu was very in depth.
She recommended a few items for us, and we decided to go with what she suggested. We were not disappointed, the food was amazing. You can taste the freshness. I ordered the beef stroganoff, my wife enjoyed the seafood dil Alfredo.
Whenever our glass was empty, our server was quick to top it up. The views from our table were breathtaking, I would definitely recommend this place to anyone, a perfect romantic

We went to Pesto’s tonight for our first indoor dining date in quite awhile. We could not have picked a more perfect spot, it did not disappoint in the slightest. Service- on point, thank you Tor and Jana! The… food!!!!! Shawn, Lis and crew.... the duck confit and the rack of lamb- we were both in awe with our meals and we ate every last bite! Thank you for bringing us back into the world of dining out with such an amazing meal. See you again soon!

We ordered the pasta bolognese and seafood dill Alfredo pasta (pictured) - both were deep in flavour, plentiful in portion, and beautifully presented. We also had their house-made chocolate paté, which was divine. Our server, Tor was very attentive, personable, and professional (thanks for being a big part of our experience)! If you sit outside on their heated patio, the view is hard to beat being right along the water in the harbour. When you factor in their great service, fine food, and beautiful location, you get what you pay for - a wonderful dining experience!

Pretty decent pasta place for lunch and dinner. They have both lunch and full portions for their pastas.
Quality of the food is good, I would recommend the vegetarian lasagna as well as the seafood pasta, both are fantastic choices.
Great view from the patio of the harbor and beach, not many umbrellas out in the patio, so you'll get burnt during the afternoons. Plenty of parking in this complex as well as the downtown core,
Attentive servers, however, I found service on the slower side.
Despite being on the dog friendly website, i would say its not that dog friendly, they can only sit you outside

So yummy! Very busy, definitely make a reservation, even in the off-season. Service was impeccable, the wine selection is excellent, and the food was very yummy. Portion sizes are big, and dessert looked amazing even though we didn’t have room. Clearly a local favourite, which always bears well and did not disappoint!

Had a delicious lunch here. The service was warm and attentive and we thoroughly enjoyed the salmon special with a blueberry/jalapeño glaze and mixed green salad, as well as the pesto pasta with grilled chicken. Multiple locals directed us here, proclaiming this as their favorite restaurant in the area. The 3.9 rating is mystifying. I did see one review that complained of the pricing, but we thought the price was fair for the quality and quantity. The menu is varied with plenty of appetizing choices.
