I brought my laptop to Computer Central for the 2nd time and the overall service was just fantastic. When I arrived at the place, there was a sign saying that people can come by appointment only. I told Raymond that I did not have an appointment but he let me in to check on my laptop. He recommended retrieving all my data from my laptop because fixing it will be more expensive. My 2 year old laptop had a broken hinge 7 I was concerned that further damage would occur to the interior parts. Raymond checked it out & gave me a price for replacing the parts. This would have cost 2/3 the cost of a new computer. Because I rarely move my computer & do not often close the "lid" he suggested an epoxy repair that would hold up providing I left the "lid" open most of the time. We went this route thus saving me from considerable repair cost or the need to buy a new computer. Great service & much appreciated

I needed a fan and heat sink replaced in my laptop. The parts were back ordered but he got much faster than promised and the machine was quickly repaired. Excellent service and prices. Always kept up todate with text messages. Highly recommended

We discovered Computer Central via Home Stars in 2017. Our desktop pc was overheating & after much deliberation Ray was able to fix the problem. He was professional, informative and the price was reasonable. My laptop-notebook got a free basic evaluation, as advertised. The whole time (surprisingly brief) from meeting my computer to returning it, Raymond treated it like it was his own. I am not tech-savvy but that did not stop Raymond from explaining to me why it's failure happens & made sure I understood what had happened to my computer. Went there today and finding shock about that store and my husband likes that to buy as build the computer is great no problem but for asking advice for backup files and program and asking about window 10 and he doesn't know about it and he keep deny about it and keep saying oh should write it down or should show you where and I was shock and very very frustrate with him and lost all that programs that my husband have in his computer is gone and he kept saying oh don't know what is Abode and don't know premium pro and I says ugh? so it's suppose be good computer place so my

Fast, Very Reliable and awesome customer service. Brought my computer in on Friday to get it checked out (its closed on weekends) , it was ready by Monday with diagnostic results by Tuesday everything was settled and over with. 10/10 Would recommend giving them a try. They did a a great job with my computer I'm 100% certain they'll do the same with you!
