SESSION TONIGHT ON SEPT 17/21 from 8-10pm in RENFREW. We try to get our players outside of their comfort zone. We work on INDIVIDUAL SKILLS EXCLUSIVELY. We do lots of HIGH TEMPO STICK HANDLING, POWER SKATING AND EDGE WORK drills where we try to improve foot and stick speed, agility, core, wrist and arm strength through various innovative drills and exercises.
We do more drills in one session, than 99% of our students are exposed to in their team season.
Many NHL players have skated with us, including Steve Yzerman, Matthew Barnaby, Daniel Briere, Mike Eastwood, Jason York, Luke Richardson, Randy Robitaille, Todd White, Zach Bogosian, Kent Manderville, Gino Odjick, Peter Chiarelli (, Bruce Cassidy (Head Coach of Boston Bruins), Jim Kyte, Doug Derraugh ( Head coach of Cornell University Women's Hockey team and former national coach of Team Canada) and many more former students of Chris Finnerty have advanced to various levels of collegiate and professional hockey.

Services
The Chris Finnerty High Intensity Hockey School runs High Tempo Hockey clinics/camps in the City of Ottawa and in the Ottawa Valley in Renfrew and in Arnprior. We have been running skills sessions for over 40 years throughout North America. We do several unique skills drills a session all done at a VERY HIGH TEMPO.
We are actively trying to find alternative dates. We will keep you posted. Sorry for any inconvenience. With the Minto Skating Centre Closing and the lack of ice in the City of Ottawa, we are having our skills sessions in the Town of RENFREW in the Ottawa Valley. Renfrew is around an hour drive from downtown Ottawa.
We now have permission to continue our hockey program. With the Minto Skating Centre Closing and the lack of ice in the City of Ottawa, we are having our ice sessions in the Town of RENFREW. Please help spread the word, as we try to keep our sessions affordable. We do not turn anyone away due to finanical inability to pay.
