I got a quote of $25 per document (2 Wills and 2 Power of Attorneys) to sign as (Commissioner for Oaths). I prepared the four documents (my wife's and mine) based on considerable research and great attention to wording and I supplied a copy of my Will and Power of Attorney (POA) to Mr. Randy Simpson (the lawyer at the firm). I asked if he could do a cursory review of the two documents and advise of any critical issues and to specifically look at the samples of Affidavits of Execution as to which one he preferred to
