I STRONGLY recommend shopping anywhere else BUT this dealer. Never in my life have my husband and I experienced such horrible customer service. The employees at this shop lied to us constantly, failed to provide accurate information and did not compensate for mistakes. It’s easy to over look poor reviews on businesses and just assume that the customers did not get along with the employees but I can assure you this was not the case. What started off as a really exciting purchase ended in countless hours spent fighting to receive our machine and receive the same deal we were promised when we paid

Bought a 2021 ski doo Renegade 600 from these guys back in December after 4200KM this season no regrets , Andrew was absolutely awesome to deal with. Coming from out of town he made sure everything was ready to go when i got there, best powersports transaction ive ever had. when its time to replace my 4 wheeler ill be going there!

Called on a Saturday morning at 8:30 to set up an appointment for next week. Jordan worked on sled himself and got me running while we waited. Awesome service much appreciated.

Great service from Northshore! Nic had me approved for my sled within 1 hour and I was there a couple days later to pick up, everything was ready to go, in and out. They also had all the accessories in stock I was looking for.

Its a very modern and clean atmosphere with numerous outdoor vehicles , a few boats and marine engines on display however even though I was one of two or three people in the expansive showroom, it took 10 or 15 minutes for a salesman to acknowledge I was even there. No prices displayed on anything.

Service was awesome. They were busy when I went into their showroom, but I waited only 5 minutes. They were unable to order the 4 wheeler that I wanted due to COVID, however they only had one on order that… was soon to be delivered and no one had their name on it. Nic is a great salesperson to deal with. He explained everything I needed to know and how I was better off to get the next model higher than I originally wanted as I would have put almost the same amount of money by adding all the extras with the lower model. I am so happy for this experience and I would definitely recommend this

Awesome! Bought a Seadoo Spark from the dealership and had great service. Dealt with other dealers in Sudbury in the past and does not compare to the experience I have had with Jordan at Northshore Sports. I will definetly contact this dealership for future toys. Thanks again for everything.

Yesterday while heading north for the holiday, I decided to get a new sled. We knew we wanted it from North Shore because they have been so good to work with since the time they saved us from the mess of a sled River City handed us. So, we called and spoke to Andrew to see if they could hook us up on short notice. We told him we were 3 hours out… from the Soo on our way up to Dubrieulville and asked if they could have a Renegade 600R ready to pick up as we drove through. He called us back in 2 minutes, said they had one in stock in the crate, and they'd put it together to have ready when

Great sales staff who work with you to make sure you get the ride that suits your needs, not trying to pressure you into something just because it is more expensive. As a first time owner got great advice and I love the sled. The service staff are knowledgable and will guide you in the right direction.
