Very professional and knowledgeable staff. I have been in several times and they have been exceptional. Vast inventory and fast turnaround on parts that need to be ordered. I highly recommend MJ Hickey for parts and advice when repairing your own appliances. I've send several friends and coworkers too and they have all thanked me for referring them to such a well run business.

The staff I spoke with, both on the phone and in person were incredibly polite and knowledgeable. I called looking for a motor for my fridge. I was informed over the phone that they had aftermarket ones in stock that I could splice in, or they could order me the brand name motor for 4 times the cost.
They held the aftermarket motor for me to come in and pick up and on purchase 2 of the guys working gave me tips on installing the motor.
I've only shopped here once, but based on that one experience I can't recommend them highly enough.

Excellent customer service! Patient knowledgeable staff. I have used their services on 3 different appliance, they are always helpful.
This company is wonderful! I had to pick up a part, but my son was sleeping in the truck so they brought it out for me so I didn't have to wake him. They go above and beyond! I don't know many other business that take such good care of their customers!

Excellent service! I tried two other places on my way over to Hickey's and was basically told sorry about your luck. The parts guy (wish I got his name) was extremely pleasant, knew exactly what I needed and made me feel confident in choosing his store. In the future this is the only place I will go for appliance repair and the ONLY place I will recommend to friends and family!
