1st off they sent a repair man , that I had to show him how to work an induction stove( what a joke that was)
2nd was the element he repaired quite working 3wks later
3rd was my element and my oven light quite working and said before he left everything was working , left I went to use my stove element light wouldn't come on or oven light
4th call no response, looks like there trying to what until my warranty runs out.
5 worst company I've ever dealt with don't use them at all do nothing to satisfy the customer.
6 keep calling and no will return a call,

Not sure about their service, 1st visit took around technician only 0.5 hr figure out my fridge compressor was broken but unfortunately wouldn't been able to repair for few different reason, re-schedule took 9 days and was set up later afternoon, and I finger crossed wishing it can be done on time.
Company contact number seems only can be reached one way from their end, hardly imagine a big company' communication runs such in horrible way.

Reading these Reviews, i must say I'm very surprised people were pleased with this companies service. I am more in line with all the other poor reviews (which by the way there's quite a few). Called them for our washing machine, it took them about a month to book an appointment. I took half day off work to wait for them between 3pm - 6pm. Noticed on their tracker that they skipped our house, to find out after i called that they ordered the wrong part. After another month (yes 2 months) i called and was greeted by such an obnoxious individual who was almost mocking me over the telephone. My wife

I traveled several hours out of town as ARS was the only place that would honour LG's 1 year warranty on audio equipment. My LG subwooofer stopped working (tech advised common issue which requires a software update) they had it done within 30 mins as they knew i traveled quite far to get there. Very pleased with my experience.

If you are looking for a reliable company, who sends out knowledgeable technicians, this is your company. I have now used ARS on three occasions, with three different technicians, and they all knew their stuff. They got the job done right the first time. Priced fairly and worth paying a little more for a company that warranties their work. Not a Micky Mouse Company - they consistently provide EXCELLENT SERVICE and I will continue to use ARS in the future.

I had an LG French Door fridge which abruptly stopped working. I requested ARS through LGs out of warranty service and ARS scheduled a time and arrived on time. Our technician Rahul was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He knew the issue the moment he saw the fridge and clearly explaining what needed to be done. He promptly ordered any missing components required to complete the job and came back to fix it on time as promised. ARS was great at answering calls and arranging times for service. Our fridge is now up and running and we are very pleased - don’t hesitate to go with ARS
