Brought my Daughter's UGG's winter boots here which had a tear in the suede. I wasn't sure if the tear could be repaired, however, the kind Gentleman said they could be. I thought I'd have to pay some extraordinary amount considering the brand of boots, but the repair was fixed for a nominal amount & within a day! I was most impressed/pleased with the results! On top of that, they have great items in the store (laces, shoe-care, shoes etcetera) should one be in need of such. This place is definitely worth a stop should one require service of this kind!

I've been coming here for years to have repairs done to shoes and boots, mostly getting leather shoes re-soled but have had other repairs as well. I was living away from Hamilton for a while and tried other places, never found this quality anywhere else. Recently had another pair of good leather dress shoes re-soled and was just as happy with the quality as ever!
