I initially called to ask for some tax questions I had and was hoping to have them answered preferably through an appointment, to which Lily answered that it wasn’t possible as she had no more room to take anymore clients, then hung up on me before I could ask the availability of maybe other accountants.
I tried the other extensions — 4 in total — and when I reached the 3rd, I am greeted with an annoyed Lily who just says "You JUST called this firm, I TOLD YOU we don't have the capacity to attend to anybody right now. You're calling my assistant, we're all the same here" — I think she
