Most extended medical plans provide 80-100% coverage for Registered Massage Therapy. Currently, massage therapy clinics are not set up to direct bill your extended medical plan. You simply send in the receipt we will give you and they will reimburse you according to your plan. Some will require a doctor's referral so check with your provider for details.
Stretching improves flexibility, which allows you to move your joints through their full range of motion. Flexibility is a key element of fitness; it can enhance physical performance and relieve muscle tension and stiffness. You should stretch after a warm-up and/or when cooling down after a workout since it is easier and safer to stretch a warm muscle than a cold one.

What I like about this place is that they usually have open availability and it is easy to find an appointment. It is also easy to book an appointment online. I'm happy with my massage therapist. She is very friendly and cheerful. I only had 2 sessions with her and both were very relaxing. However, I'm new here and my old massage therapist in a different city was amazing and I usually felt better after but here I only feel relaxed after and do not see much improvement. Also, you can go in the office by yourself. U have to wait downstairs for your RM to come get you. So there is no waiting area

Today was my first experience with Karen or true deep muscle massage. I wonder now about all the times I went to therapists that they just stuck a tens machine on me. Karen actually worked through some core problem spots I had.
This was so relaxing but not.. as she really got deep in some of those spots.
Love her and this will absolutely NOT be my last visit to her at all
