I have personally corresponded with Diana via email to inquire about vaccine availability, and she was very responsive and kind. She administered a vaccine to a friend in need, and I am beyond grateful to her for serving the community so well. If I lived in the west end, I would transfer my pharmacy business to ApotehS.O.S. Diana goes above and beyond! She is thoughtful and gets to know her customers. She fills prescriptions immediately and at a cheaper dispensing fee than the chain pharmacies. Diana has dropped my prescriptions off at my home multiple times when she's realized I've forgotten or couldn't make it out with the new baby. She has a variety of high quality products and is always happy to order anything you may need. I highly recommend ApotheSOS Pharmacy!

I love this pharmacy they are very helpful. I have covid so they deliver my medicine plus I don't have the money right now so she said I can pay her next time which is very kind of her doing that. To me this is becoming more of a family pharmacy because in Canada k don't have anyone and helping me at this point means alot to me.

Diana is an exceptional pharmacist. I came to her pharmacy twice for Good Doctors appointments and received attentive care and support from her to ensure my appointment was smooth. The whole experience was straightforward, very hygienic, private, and fast.
Diana clearly cares very much for her clients. She was fast in filling my order and walked me through the directions for my new prescriptions in an open and friendly manner. Normally I am very intimidated when speaking to pharmacists but Diana puts me at ease.
I cannot recommend her and this clinic enough.

Diana (the pharmacist) goes above and beyond to help her clients. She is pro-active and will solve prescription issues before they arise by contacting providers and physicians if need be. The store is small and immaculately clean. If your child is a patient of the medical center next door - this is the place to fill your prescriptions! Free and lots of parking!
