Marla Ericksen is currently offering BETA ONLINE semi-private trainings for 200-hour Certifications and Yin Yoga Training.
This enhanced intensive program will delve a little deeper with special emphasis on human variation, mindfulness, psycho-synthesis, subtle energy and the philosophy of Yoga. Our Hatha Yoga Certification Program meets and exceeds the requirements to become a Yoga teacher as previously governed by Yoga Alliance.

Friendly staff and cozy atmosphere make this studio a hidden gem! If it weren't for my passport to pranha card, I would have never known that this studio existed. It is one of the newest studios in Ottawa and I made my first visit today. The rooms were candles and white christmas lights creating a very welcoming and warm environment. There is plenty of space for socializing before class which is rare in many studios due to the amount of people that make it out for class.
