I'm giving this five stars because of the management company not because of the building. As with all buildings they all need to be maintained and worked on and things happen that you have no control over.
Luxor property management and their maintenance team has addressed any situation any issue and has provided me over the top customer service and understanding in my personal financial situation.
Their patients is exceptional and I would recommend anyone to these individuals for a rental property.

To be transparent, I used to work with Luxor at a building I managed. My (former) tenants and I were extremely happy with the Luxor team! Luxor has always been kind and courteous, and very responsive. If I couldn't get to a tenants complaint very quick, the property manager called me several times. The property manager has always been professional and listened to my concerns, and the concerns of my tenants.
I would work for Luxor again, and I would definitely rent from Luxor!

Luxor management is not one to deal with, once in they make it extremely difficult to get rid off and more, cruel to say the least. They are the most expensive around while others come in at $1000.00 a month less for the same or better service.....Not recommended. All other reviews where put in by there own employees to maintain a 5 star rating...sneaky.
