Say It With Cake

Worst cake I ever had for my 4 th wedding anniversary. They charged $90 for this cake, cream tasted like I was eating mud. It looked pretty but tasted awful, wish they knew how to make the cake tasty as well.

The older woman who works here (owns?) is so very rude. I was looking for supplies as my regular supply shop moved out of town. I mentioned what a hard time I was having finding the things I always bought there (they didn't have them). Her reply "too bad for you, good for us". I was floored. No suggestions on where I could maybe get the supplies or where there were other suppliers in the valley. Such poor service

Great cupcakes and they have also made perfect custom cakes for us. Always very happy!

I wish I could give this place 0 stars after they ruined my wedding cake. The lady was rude, disorganized and unpleasant to work with. She gave me a wedding cake in a box that didn’t fit it and said “happy birthday” on it. So my cake sat in a half open box prior to pick up. She claimed there was nothing else that could be done about it. The cake looked terrible compared to my inspiration photos, the lady assured me she could create this cake for me. Heather and Tim managed to make these custom-order stormtrooper cupcakes for me in LESS than 24 hours on very short notice. Not only did they manage to make them identical (or even better in my honest opinion) to the reference image I sent them, they tasted absolutely delicious! I’d highly, highly recommend this family-run business. Incredibly kind owners and they’re professional as well with their prompt responses to my emails. The Garofanos made this Star Wars fan’s 24th birthday extra special :)

The cakes look good but the lady there was so rude, I asked for pricing and she says it's on the website. Like I'm in your store and you're basically telling me I don't need to come in. Then she asked me what day my wedding is and I told her and she say we can't do it that day. I said we would probably want it made before then and she said we're busy all that week. Fair enough but don't have to be rude and snarky about it. Won't be buying cakes here.

Worst. Cake. Ever. It was dry and the frosting was super sweet. There was cream cheese frosting in the middle of the cake but you can barley taste it as the outer layer frosting was so sweet. A boxed Duncan Hines cake would have been better .

The most delicious cake. Love that they were able to recreate a cake that i had a picture of. I also love that they were so responsive and helpful in ordering my cake. Made my hubbys day! We will def be using them again

Went to get some cookie making supplies today and got a few cupcakes. OMG - they were amazing.

This is an amazing family owned and operated business in Abbotsford. You can get fresh cupcakes here throughout the day to take home or eat on the premises along with a great cup of coffee. You can custom order beautiful delicious cakes for any occasion and rest assured it will be a major hit! You can request no dairy if you wish. If you love to bake, there are supplies galore in the shop to help you create whatever you can imagine. I had no idea this little GEM existed!! Worth a visit or ten without a doubt!!

These guys are awesome. They stayed open so I could pick up my cupcakes for my daughter's birthday party. The baking tastes awesome as well.

I would rate this 3 stars. Their work is good; but after two separate occasions of rudeness by the staff; I won't be going back.

Went in to treat my kids to a cupcake. Owner was rude, I felt like I was intruding on her time because I was only ordering a cupcake. Asked her a question, got a snippy one word answer. She rejected my preferred method of payment. Felt unwelcome. A smile or a thank you would have gone a long way. Was considering getting some cake pans while I was there, but changed my mind and left.

Really appreciate their patience chatting with me late at night when they should have been closed for business. Thank you for accommodating my late order. Got my daughter her beautiful birthday cake 🎂!

Went in to get a quote... lady was very rude, major attitude. clearly did not want my business. I felt very uncomfortable for the few minutes I was in the store
