Varmint Control set 2 traps for a Mama Racoon with 5 babies (1 or 2 weeks old). A few days later she was caught in the middle of the night and unfortunately her babies didn't look good when we finally were able to get to them (we had to cut our deck to get then out). To my surprise, about and hour after they took her and the babies away, they came back to show us that they were able to bring the babies back to "life". I have never complained about a business before. I am writing this because I am completely frustrated and disappointed. I do not know what else to do. Terry came to our place in innisfil and set traps for squirrels and mice in our attic. When it was time to check the traps I could not reach Rose (the woman who takes calls) and sets up appointments at either number given, no matter how many times I called. Three weeks or more have passed, they have our deposit snd we still have our varmints and the cages. Even when we have succeeded in leaving a message ( many times the line goes dead) no one calls

I had a squirrel using my home as his home. Over a month trying to deal with it, I had screened over the opening to find it was entering through another soffit. Very determined squirrel, so many times climbing the ladder to close the entrance only to fail. I would spend hours hammering my walls to keep it out (unfinished with no drywall under renovations) to scare it off, morning and night. Soo stressful. I called Varmint control I was told the next day Terri would be here between 10 and 2. 2:00 came around and I received a call from the office telling me Terri is running late he's on his way.

We have used this company 3 times now. The first time was a momma raccoon and babies in the attic. The 2nd was birds in the attic. The 3rd time was the over the past 2 days. A momma raccoon and four big young raccoons. Got them all safely. Checked for damage they could have done (thankfully none). Highly recommended and I will never use a different company.

Terry was very pleasant and professional. He arrived when scheduled, set traps, gave preventative advice and when the mother squirrel was trapped was back here within an hour to locate the nest of babies and set another trap to ensure safe humane removal of them all and will relocate them to a more suitable habitat. He cleaned up and replaced our roof cap with the new one that we purchased. I highly recommend him.
