Kits are fully mobile by 8 weeks and can leave the den shortly after 10 weeks. The kit's eyes will open around 21 days. Skunks are very shy, nocturnal animals. Skunks will use any crawl space or hole and will dig to gain shelter. Skunks often settle in crawl spaces from an old home, under decks, staircases, garages, barns, wood piles, concrete slabs, side walks or under a pool.
Raccoons are very intelligent animals. They will learn how to open garbage cans, garages, sheds or they can break roof vents and chimney capping and damage decks and roofs. When raccoons learn a new trick, they will show the offspring how to do it and this will be passed on from generation to generation of raccoons.
Squirrels are very curious animals and will travel from tree to roof, wire to roof, and roof to roof. Squirrels will take advantage of little imperfections sometimes left by builders. Squirrels can easily chew plastic, wood, aluminium and metal -YES, aluminium and small metal plates. Squirrels will chew almost anything that is in their way.
Females will feed their little ones until they are strong enough to fly out in August to hunt. Adult bats can eat up to half their body weight in one night mosquitos, bugs, small flies. Bats are great to keep the mosquito population down. Unfortunately, bats also defecate large amounts of guanos, (bat feces/Guano) because of the high quantity of insects they eat.

Over 2 weeks ago We had uninvited guests called Racoon's. They had made home some how just above our laundry room which share the same wall as our garage.
We found someone from Kijji who came next day he was unable to determine if the uninvited guests we had were actually racoon's as late February is not exactly the time of delivery of babies for racoon's so he ruled out racoon and thought it was squirrel and close the small vent to dryer.
Since, we had no experience in either Squirrel nor racoon's we just followed whatever he said.

Louis Larose is kind and compassionate person toward animals not to mention the most honest and dependable person for this job. We had a squirrel in the walls of our home for days and we set a trap on our own but nothing would work..even opening the window in one small room but no. We had an orphaned litter of baby skunks under our shed in the backyard. After searching for a company that would humanely remove them, we found Louis at A-1 Checkmate Wildlife Removal & Prevention.
