Kara Ellis-Partovi was born and raised in Espanola, a small community in Northern Ontario. Following high school, she first attended the University of Guelph and majored in Biophysics before entering the Faculty of Dentistry at the University of Toronto in 1996. It was in dental school that Dr. Kara met her future husband, Ben, who attracted her to the West Coast.

If you are looking for a new Dental office you have come to the right place! Always 5 star service from West Richmond Dental! Superior attention to detail on all levels. Dr Ben is amazing! He took me from deep bone infection to two bone grafts to implant. The look and feel of it now is like it never happened. So grateful for the outstanding expertise knowledge of all the staff! Best Hygiene ( "Cleaning" ) EVER!!!

Dr Ben is very detailed and has a delicate touch. My daughter and I have been going to West Richmond Denral since 2004. I recommended a friend and she was very satisfied too. I also enjoy the good chats with Amanda. The office assistants are very knowleadgeable of her work and give a good patient service.

I have been the patient of Dr. Ben and this centre for many many years. Getting old unfortunately means my teeth tend to give me trouble more and more often. So far, they have also been taken good care of by Dr Ben. I am glad that my teeth remain relatively healthy. In between, I needed some special issues from others. I put Dr. Ben to top of these these.

Wonderful, caring staff that are very attentive and professional. Our family has been going to WRDC for over 15 years, Dr.'s Ben and Kara and their whole team make us feel welcome. Special shout out to Claudia for taking such good care of me, I've gone from nerves, and white knuckles in the dentist chair to regular check-ups and great oral health because of this team!

As someone who is not a big fan of the dentist, I am very grateful for everyone at West Richmond Dental Centre, they are very kind and help to make me feel comfortable. They offer sedation, which allows me to have what I need to get done with ease. Highly suggest this place for anyone who has anxiety around the dentist.

Can't say enough good things about this dental office. From the reception staff, to the hygienists and dentists, you feel the care and professionalism. Such a warm and caring place and they make you feel like family! The office is also clean and well taken care of. Been going here for years and will definitely continue for years to come. I’ve been to West Richmond Dental many times and each time you get the same amazing experience. The receptionists always do their best to accommodate my schedule and if there’s nothing that works they remember to call me when another patient can’t make it to an appointment that suits my schedule. The hygienist always provides the best cleaning that I have ever experienced and the dentists give the best and most honest advice and treatment. I couldn’t recommend them more!

It was a wonderful experience to walk into this state-of-the-art clinic.
I was warmly greeted and the Covid19 protocol was strictly adhered to throughout the office.
I have never had such a thorough cleaning of my teeth. Such gentle and yet so beyond the usual! I could just feel that the cleaning was a quality beyond!
I found the staff to be the utmost professional and caring. I thought my last dental center was good, and it was, but this is in a realm above that.
I look forward to my next appointment!

Dr.Melissa is very knowledgeable and helpful. She explains well the dental issue and the procedure to be done which is rare to find nowadays. Dr. Ben readily response to info concerns sent thru chats. Ashley was very helpful in my queries and wonderfully coordinates to get me an appointment. The entire staffs are welcoming and friendly. You guys are amazing. Thanks a lot. This is the best clinic, easy to deal with. I strongly recommend this clinic.
