Judy is amazing! I’ve suffered from lower back pain for years. Nobody could tell me why, nobody could fix it and everyone I sought help from wanted to prescribe drugs and imaging. I have had years of lower back pain and never was able to get it fixed. I decided to visit Judita and this was the best decision I have ever made. Judita is truly amazing. I have been to a few Osteopaths in my adulthood, and I must say that Judy is, BY FAR, the best osteopath my family and I have ever been to. She has treated my 9-year old daughter in order to correct, not only athletic wear and tear, but also issues following a very serious accident. The results have been phenomenal. If you were to ask me "what's manual osteopathy?" a year ago today, I would have had no idea how to answer that question. After being introduced to Judy, it quickly became clear that I was missing out!

After some outdoor work at the beginning of the Summer I began experiencing intense lower back pain which prevented me from standing straight and my normal movement became severely restricted. My misaligned spine and bad posture further aggravated the issue. I decided to see an osteopath and found Judy to be very professional and friendly and her clinic clean and welcoming. Judy is extremely skilled and knowledgeable in the functioning of muscles, bones and the nervous system. She is constantly teaching me how my body reacts to different movement, which body elements are impacted and where the symptoms surface. I have had back and neck pain and discomfort for over 20 years. Many of those years have been spent trying different therapies and treatments to seek some relief from pain with a focus on correcting the damage of fuzed vertebrae, pinched nerves - including the sciatic nerve, degenerative discs and damage to my neck caused by whiplash.

I have had neck and shoulder tension for many years. About a year ago a naturopath suggested I should see an osteopath for my tense shoulders/neck. I had never heard of osteopaths until a year ago. Where do I even begin? I've known judy for a few years now and have seen the passion and dedication to her craft grow ever since. I am presently 23 weeks pregnant and she's been treating me through the whole process. I could not be more thankful for all the relief and support she has given me throughout.
